Would you enjoy working with RHM residents and positively impacting their lives? Houseparenting is much more than a job - it's a purpose!

  • House Parent (full-time single woman or couple) Provides direct care & supervision of Mother-Child Residents to ensure a safe, secure, Christ-centered living environment to help women learn to thrive as a single mom or within a healthy, supportive community/church.

  • House Parent Assistant (full-time) Provides general supervision and direction to residents living in Ruth Harbor’s home in cooperation with the Housing Directors.

  • Back-Up House Parent (part-time) Provides back-up coverage on weekends and during vacations as needed. Typically, the hours for back-up house parents start at 8:00 am on Friday and conclude at 8:00 am on Sunday.
