Table Host Instructions
The Annual Ruth Harbor Banquet is fast approaching on Thursday, Nov. 2, at the Airport Holiday Inn. This is the best opportunity each year to connect with the Ruth Harbor Family, hear the stories of God's amazing work in the lives of Moms and their children, and become a part of the donor family that makes the ministry of Ruth Harbor possible.
We are looking for folks willing to serve as a Table Host for this year's banquet. As a Table Host, you have the opportunity to invite friends and family members who recognize the importance of standing with Moms who choose to give life to their unborn child. There is no cost to serve as a Table Host, simply a willingness to be an ambassador and invite others to join you at the banquet
How Do I Volunteer To Be A Table Host?
The steps to become a Table Host are simple and can be completed online:
Go to the Registration Page for this year's banquet on our website.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Register As A Table Host" button. (You can also click here directly from this email to go to the Registration Form.)
Click the "Register To Attend This Event" button.
Complete the Registration Information for you and your spouse and be sure to click on the checkbox labeled "Yes, I would like to be a Table Host" directly under the fields for your First and Last Name.
What Do I Do After I Register As A Table Host?
After you complete the registration form and indicate your willingness to serve as a Table Host, you will receive two automatic replies from Ruth Harbor.
The first email is your confirmation for registering as a guest for the banquet.
The second email provides instructions on how to invite friends and families to join you. When you click on the "Manage My Guest List" button in the email, it will take you to your table's list and you will have the opportunity to do the following:
Register A New Guest. If you know someone who will join you at the banquet, you can register their information directly. NOTE: To complete the registration form for a guest you will need their name, home address, phone, and email. You will also need to know if they have any dietary needs. It may be easier to simply send an invite and let each guest complete their own registration form.
Invite Your Friends. This is your opportunity to invite friends and family to join you at your table. All you need to invite someone is their email address. We also provide some sample text you can copy and paste into the invite form to make it easy to invite.
Email Participants. As people respond to your invitation, you can stay in touch with your guests by emailing each person at your table.
The system will also provide you with a summary of who is at your table and guests who have not responded.

I would like to invite you to join me at my table for the banquet. Ruth Harbor is a Christ-centered ministry that provides shelter, safety, food, and access to medical care for for pregnant women who choose life for their baby and need our help.
